Services : Fee Structure

To give you a proper estimate of the cost for your services, we must gather some information from you.  Here's a rough guide to how we bill for our primary services.

• Web Marketing

  We bill on an hourly basis for web marketing services. Typically, we work with you to come up with a plan for web marketing services that will meet your goals and then we can provide an estimate for the project.

• Web Design & Development

  For new websites, we typically gather some initial information from the client to get an idea what size the website will be.  We then do a rough cost estimate based on the anticipated number of content areas for the final product and also any additional services that are necessary.  50% of the total estimated project cost is billed when the project begins.  An additional 25% is billed when the project is three-quarters complete. Upon completion of the project we use the actual time spent to create the site to determine the final project cost and bill for any unpaid balance.  The client may request a reestimate on the project cost at any time during the project.

• Website Maintenance

  We bill for making updates to the content of your website at an hourly rate. We can also set up a regular monthly billing that will allow you to spread your maintenance fees evenly over the course of the year. You may also request an upfront estimate for any change request.
